The steam nozzle has broken

Yes you can but it is very hard to get inside the front of the machine if the tube has come off in the front panel, if it has come off one of the solinoids in the right hand side of the machine it is easy to put back on also check that the steam nozzle is not blocked with old milk it will cause the pressure to blow off the tubes

The S9 has been unused for three months and I

Hello
This is a common problem and there`s usually only 1 thing you can try to do yourself. Use luke warm water in the watertank and repeat the fill system procedure 4-5 times. If this doesn`t help, try to shut down the machine and try the same after 30 minutes. If nothing happens after you tried this a few times, then theres a problem with the solenoid valve for steam, and this need to be changed. That`s something you need help from a technician for.

My Jura S9's grinding unit clogged (due to Peete's beans)

Usually water in the grounds container is caused by the coffee solenoid valve return side being blocked from dry coffee. Using cleaning tubelets to clean the coffee grounds out. If that doesn't work then you should remove the solenoid and clean it out with warm water. If that still doesn't rid you of the wet grinds you should have a certified repair tech take a look at it. You may end up having to replace the solenoid but that should be verified by a tech before you spend the money.

The connectors on capresso machines are very tricky.
take it a part again, and make sure all the rings and pressing clamps are in the right place. Also take a good look and "IN" on your hot water tank, and the pressure relief valve in back of machine

I'm having difficulty pulling out the coffee grounds bin

Remove the heater plate on top. Then you can see the brewing unit. Switch the machine on. Press the rinse button when told by display. Watch the movements of the brewing unit and simply and cruely unplug when the movement is at top. Repeat if necessary. It may be that ground beans are aggregating and restricting the movements, in that case.....?

The machine says FILL BEANS but beans are in

Hi
Oily beans (shiny) can some times stick together after grinding with a fine setting. Try opening the grinder setting to the very coarsest setting and see if it will clear the passage. If you have pushed the brew button an lot of times you may have packed the grounds in the passage which will have to cleaned manually.
Once you have the grinder working again, open it to the coarsest setting to clean the burrs. 1 time is enough. To turn the grind setting back down to your setting make sure that the grinder is running at that time. You can open to a coarse setting any time but it has to be running to finer.

Hi,

This is a really strange error, but it makes some sense if you own a S9 One Touch model. Then there`s a problem with the squeezing valve located behind the steam/cappuccino outlet. If this is an older model, then it could be a problem with the ceramic valve, but normally this makes the water flud all over the frontpanel and inside. In both cases, i would recommend to send the machine to the nearest servicecenter.

I have a s9 avantgarde keep getting error fill bean

Seems Problem with the bean sensor. you need to get the same replaced. there are no setting that can be done manually for bean sensor.

A Jura Engineer can check the Bean sensor with his computer system and confirm if the bean sensor is faulty.

I have a Jura S9A that is about 2 years old,

It's all plugged with 'lime scale'. That's the white stuff that builds up from hard water. Regular vinegar run through at least two cycles will clear it, then a couple with fresh water to rinse it. That will bring it back to normal flow! If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/craig_3fa289bf857b1a3c

Jura S9 coffee machine not drawing water - says FILL SYSTEM

I think the magnetic valve is defective. This is located on the left side (seen from behind inside the machine) and there`s connections between the thermoblock and the hot water outlet. Try to press the steambutton and check if the magnetic valve clicks, and maybe check with a voltmeter if it`s receiving power.

PS. During steamprocessing the pump just have small ticking sound, and not the same sound as during brewing. There is no way around this Fill system message, and the reset function is not activated until any System Messages has been clared.

Fill beans message keeps coming up on jura capresso impressa s9

You need to open the grinder, it`s probably packed with old fine powdered coffee that blocks the outlet. Clean this out and try again. Since it works normal when you use pre-ground coffee, there shouldn`t be any problems with any other parts.

Let me know if you want a description for have to open and clean the grinder.

Good luck!

Machine says malfunction and won't froth milk

If you have a rotarywheel; Press and hold to enter the menu, turn to Maintenance, select Decalcify unit; empty tray as requested, fill up 600ml water in a container. Disolve 3 Descaling tablets in the water, and then fill it in the watertank. Press Maintenance button and you`re off.

If you don`t have a Rotary; Turn off the machine and let it cool down for a while, then push the Rinse/Maintenance button for a few seconds; then you will get the message Empty tray. Fill the solution in the watertank and press button.

It`s important that you use the right amount of water, or else the process will "never" finish.

Jura Impressa S9 Steamer trips circuit breaker

Hi
There`s probably an leakage from the steamblock, and the water flows over the contacts. This will short circuit the machine. Contact your dealer or nearest servicepartner and they will fix it with a new water connector.
