When I empty coffee grounds in jura 4 the usual "puck" is not there. 1/4 of the usual amount & some watery grounds outside of grinds bowl.

The grounds tray was shoved in backwards and removing it now will break the machine
Try applying hot water around the dish to expand and unstuck while gently but firmly pull the tray. It went in so must come out.

Jura ena 4 is dispensing coffee but not what may be set such as 1 cup and you get half that amount. Also why are coffee grounds dry looking instead of moist?
