Just fixed this same problem by taking apart the water solenoid valve and cleaning out its connection tube of deposits that was blocking water/steam flow. I removed the magnetic coil but that's not required. The connector was very tight because it had loctite sealer on the threads. I used plumbers teflon tape on the threads when reassembling.
This very frequent problem with all espresso machines. The pipes are made from teflon and secure at the union connection and valve with an oring and secure clip - spring. So you should remove the steam pipes and check if the clip is secure ok, or the oring is damage and might need to be repalced or even if you a litle longer teflon pipe then by cutting a small peace at the end the it can fit tight in palce again.
In every coffee maker I have ever seen the water moves through the system as it is boiled in the pre-heat chamber. If it is not heating no water will move. Many of those appliances have an internal fuse that is not user replaceable. Those particular fuses (if there is one) can be purchase on eBay but please understand it takes some special skills to replace them. It is definitely not for the untrained in proper safety procedures when working on electrical devices. It could be a switch that is defective but I would bet on the internal fuse.
The gears inside are clogged with coffee grounds. The machine will need to be taken apart carefully, and the gears cleaned of the coffee. I just did mine a C3000, and you will have to be careful to remember how all the parts go back together. This takes a T15 hex key for the screws. Good luck.
This means that the brew unit has problems with positioning. Try to take out the tray, clean out all the grounds from the sieve and surroundings of the brew unit. It`s easier to do this when everythings dried up. After this, run a cleaning program and see if this helps. It may be that the o-rings needs to be changed and greased up. If the machine is older than 2003, the brew unit has to be changed.
You can re-attach this brown flap youself if machine is not still under warranty (that would void the warranty) or if the tabs or flap is not broken. I have had this machine apart and have taken off the brown flap which have tabs on the top and sides that fits on the front(facing you) of the press (looks like a big white cog inside a brown case( I have photos). The thing is, taking the case off. Screws with special tops that requires specialized tools for removel of case. My husband had to use pliers very carefully to get these out and he said he will put regular same size back in. If you want the manual or photos, let me know yor e-mail.
I believe you have to go through the steps of running a hot water cycle which is on page 9 of the owners manual, 7.1 listed under "FIRST TIME PREPARATION" A. through F. If you don't have the manual, send me your e-mail and I can send it to you.
its a grinder group fault , the seal on the internal group head (the part that compresses the ground before brewing) has stuck or gone dry from lack of use. if u gain access to the internal of the machine( may need a special tool, oval head srews) grease with food grade lube, the red/orange seal on the long 45 degree cylinder inside. u can manually turn the gear by hand once inside. If still a problem check the motor that drives the same unit.
Unfortunately, without being there in person to inspect the machine and its components, it's difficult for me to provide a definitive answer. However, I can offer some general guidance that may help:
Consult the user manual: The user manual for your Capresso C3000 should have a diagram or schematic showing the different components and their connections. If you still have the manual, check to see if there's a helpful diagram inside.
Look for visual cues: While it can be difficult to identify the tubes by sight alone, there may be visual cues that can help you narrow down which tubes go where. For example, one tube may be thicker or more flexible than the others, or it may have a different color or texture.
Experiment with different configurations: If you're unable to find a diagram or visual cues, you may need to experiment with different configurations until you find the correct one. This can be time-consuming and frustrating, but it may be the only option if you're unable to find any other information.
Seek professional help: If you're still unable to identify the correct tube configuration, you may want to consider seeking professional help. A qualified technician or repair service may be able to identify the correct configuration and get your machine back up and running.
I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck in getting your Capresso C3000 back in working order!
The first thing to check is the seating of your water tank. Just a few grains of coffee grounds or dirt underneath the tank are enough to break the watertight seal. Make sure the area under the tank is absolutely clean.
That's always worked for me when I've had the leaking problem.
Rinsing cycle at start up is electronically programmed function. Unplugging is a temporary solution.
Jura will not sell parts or offer any guidance.
