The tray (JURA J5) keeps indicating that it needs
The connectors at the back have liquid on them use a lint free cloth to remove the liquid and the tray fault will go away. If you want to prevent this make sure that when you pour the water out the tray you pour it out the side not the back and this is how the liquid or debris gets stuck there

Impressa E8: even though I did clean machine, it asks me again...
Make sure your water tank to fill, when you start the clean process, and the tray is empty and wiped down. Then add a 500ml container under the spout rather than let the water go into the tray.
Also if you have not serviced the machine for about 5,000 cups this can occur.
I have an Impressa Z5 and it won't **** milk up
There are three possible causes to milk not frothing:
1. The frothing tap is blocked: to unblock either use the cappuccino cleaner from Jura, or in 400ml of luke warm water dissolve a teaspoon of vinegar or 1/2 teaspoon of bicarb and run this liquid through the frother until completely finished (or run the cleaning program). The run about 600-800ml of water through the system. While passing the liquid through let the tap rest at froth, and milk setting for 5 seconds at a time. Repeat if necessary. To prevent this in future clean frother after 5 minute of none use.
2. The breathing nozzle is blocked, you can use the
Jura Maintenance guide to see how to disassemble and clean and reassemble, but most Juras come with a spare, so replace it.
3. The machine needs to be descaled, since there is lime or scale in it.

Turn on tap
This is caused by 2 problems:
1. The coffee filter is blocked. To unblock remove tray, where the tray was insert your hand, with the palm facing up, then when the fingers touch a flap, just past that flap is the filter. Take a lint free or micro fibre cloth and clean the filter, then re-insert the tray and try again.
2. Calcium or scale has dislodged and is blocking the water system. The water system needs to be flushed and you may need to take this to a authorized Jura service centre
Jura f70 error 8
There is a
Jura Error Guide that says:
- Turn machine off, turn the main power switch off and unplug machine for at least one minute.
- Turn machine on again. If the error message comes up again, try one more time.

My jura impressa z5 is having trouble foaming the
The common cause is that the frothing connection is faulty. You can look at the
Guide to clean the Jura frothing connection, or try this. Take some bicarb or vinegar, dissolve in 400ml luke warm water, select cappuccino maintenance under the options, or press the milk button. Run the complete mixture through then. Run about 600ml of plain water through the spout. Turn the sport from froth to milk and back every 10 seconds.
If this does not work, then there may be a need to decal the machine.

I can't get past the 'open tap'/'close tap prompts on my Impressa
I had this problem with my Ena 3. The difference was that water was actually passing through the nozzle, but when I turned the dial back to the coffee symbol it would just tell me to open the tap again.
The solution was simple thanks to bergend's post, although I'd never have thought of it independently. I emptied the water tank and filled it back up with luke warm water instead of the cold water I had been using. After the first "system filling" round, the machine continued with the setup program fine.
So, to others with this problem: don't use too cold water in the tank for the first setup, even though the manual tells you to. Luke warm works great.

Error 6
Multivalve is in the wrong position and can`t reach the right. It can be stuck, or there`s problems with the main electronics. You must send the machine for service.

Push down the rotaryswitch until it lights up. Turn counterclockwise until you find the language menu, you should look for Sprache, spraak or something like that. Push the rotary again, and tur to English. Push to confirm, and then Exit
All water directed to Frother/ Water nozzle on Impressa C%
The Multivalve seems to be stuck. When you start up the machine you should hear the multivalve turning 2 times, if it`s silent, the valve is defective. This valve is important to guide the water in the right direction. Contact your servicedealer and let them have a look. There`s also a small chance that the electronic board are sending wrong or no signals to the valve
Error 6 for jura impressa z 5 ?
Error 6 means that the automatic ceramic valve having a problem reaching the right position. This is usually related to the main electronic board and there is a chance that this needs to be changed. There could be a possibility that the multivalve is broken, but if you can hear it turning when you start up the machine, it`s probably ok. Contact your dealer for service, or call Jura hotline for your local servicecenter; +41 062 389 82 33
