check the condenser fan. make sure its running. thats most likely the problem

It is probably open to dissipate the heat, so it does so with air near the floor.

Turn the interior temperature control back on by setting at approx halfway between "off" and "coldest". (Make certain the branch circuit is hot - you should hear the compressor turn on when you set the control, possible an interior light will come on as well). If the freezer does not run, check to see if you accidiently pulled the flash defrost plnger (if equipped). (See age 8 in your manual). Keep it opened for about 30 minutes, the shut it up, and switch On. There is no problem.
