Typically a non start up of any electrical Exercise equipment raises alot of red flags If this treadmill will not start Check the internal fuse MAKE SURE ITS NOT PLUGGED IN!!!! UNPLUG IT FROM THE WALL2 If there is NO Fuse and you just bought it new Return it for an exchange.3 Check your wall outlet for less then 5 Bucks you can buy a wall outlet tester that tells you if your Outlet is good Or Bad.4 DO NOT Attempt to service this item on your own the way they make treadmills you have to have a qualified service tech come out and fix it because the risk of serious shock or death is emminent.
Dear Sir:Please Run the software calibration for easy diagnose and troubleshooting. You must inpect and measure with your VOM, if the input voltage is 115-120Vac range +- 10% of tolerance if the voltage is minus 10% lower you must check your outlet wall in your hour and repair the ground and the problem call some electrician and Install stabilizer voltage. Do no use ANY power extension for your machine. sincerely. God bless you.ernesto cuadramanagua, nicaragua. c.a

Buying tiny screws for almost any device are pretty easy to get at places like this. Home depot or lowells, Most major stereo shops like CAR TOYS, also believe it or not a lot of watch places, that sell and work on watches and finally another place you can buy them is places that sell eye glasses and sunglasses. In hope this helps, bring your device in to have them match it up. Thanks Mike

Hi there, here is a website that seems to list many parts for this particular model, hopefully you can add up whether it is worth doing or not. What you need to think about is what actually may be needed, whether it is just a drive gear, the drive belt or a multitude of parts. If it costs too much to repair then you may want to think about putting your money towards a new one. I think in this caseyou may be lucky as it sounds like it is just the drive belt that may have worn and lost a few teeth.
hi check the home switch it is indicator of elevation when you look under the tredmill where elevation motor you will see white plastick pin coming down through the hole just check it if still there and pressed it is usually 95 % of elevation problems
if it is not then open the hood and check elevation connections
let me know if it is not these problems post it i will give you system check code thank you and good luck
