Replacement spokes for rear wheel speedcart v1
I am pretty sure that you have to replace the whole wheel. You can't just change out the spokes. If you didn't steal the speedcart and you have the owners manual, then you would probably have a number to call. Otherwise, please recycle.

How to reset maintenance tray manually
You should only do that once. The maintenance tray needs to be replaced because the wipers and seals to keep your printheads clean need to be occasionally replaced. Not doing so will just damage thousands of dollars in printheads. Call an authorized Canon/Oce technician for parts and service.

Reset procedure
You can reset the maintenance as many times as you like. However, these units do wear out and can be cleaned once, then a replacement is necessary to keep the heads capped and clean. For the price of a new maintenance tray you could be saving yourself thousands in print head replacements. The maintenance tray is a real pain to wash and extremely messy. The ink gets everywhere and you have to rinse out the foam until its clean. It's unbelievable how much ink that foam holds. I guarantee that you'll only clean out the maintenance tray once, and never do it again because of the mess to the sink, area around sink, clothes and hands.

I need plans for making a longboard rack
I do not think this will help, but it might give you some ideas:
http://www.protecboardracks.com/products.aspx
Another design, that you would have to modify for your purpose but a very good idea:
http://www.woodcentral.com/articles/shop/articles_794.shtml
again use this principle and do your own drawings:

How to remove back tire to fix flat on a Nishika bike
Looking up your bike it does not appear to be outside of the design of a run of the mill bike.
Baisc steps
1. Release the back brakes which opens the brakes up os the tire can fit through, flip the bike over
2. Loosen the axial nuts, usually 15 mm
3. The tire should be able to slide forward a little
4. Now grab the derailer and stretch it to add slack yo the chain and get it out of the gear cob's way
5. Push the wheel forward to clear the two tabs
6. Lift wheel from bike.
Or take the bike to a bike shop and pay then to get dirty and greasy
