Any tips on putting a new inner tube into the tire

If you have had a puncture check the inside of tire for likely causes of puncture (nails tacks etc THORNS if moutain biking in the countryside. Make sure the inner liner is o.k. partially inflate the innertube. Line up the valve with the hole in rim gently insert the tube into the tyre working from either side of the valve . Check that the innertube is not pinching as you press tyre into position again working both ways from the valve. Squeeze the tyre between hand and fingers to ensure the it is properly positioned, inflate and off you go.

Not leting me shift into 3rd gear

Front or rear?
Rear: Flip the bike onto the bars and saddle, then shift into third while turning the crank. Use the barrel adjuster on the back of the derailleur to align the derailleur over the proper cog. If this doesn't work, you may have a bent cog or a bent derailleur hanger. Does it only happen in third? Inspect your third cog for any deviation.
Front: Shift into the small chainring and release the derailleur cable. Pull tight and re-attach. Shift into the big chainring now. If it still won't go, use the barrel adjuster on the shifter co tighten the cable until it does shift. If necessary (because the derailleur will not go to the big chainring on account of a mechanical impedance) adjust the "H" screw to allow the derailleur to move far enough out to shift on to the big ring.
If all else fails, check with the bike shop.

Hope this helps,
matt

My bicycle's pedal moves before the wheel. I tried reassembling the chain and the wheel. P.s my bicycle doesn't have a mechanical gear

If your bicycle doesn't have mechanical gears, the issue might be related to the freewheel or cassette, depending on your bike's specific setup.

Tomahawk E Series Exercise bike loud peddling sound

Standard WD40 is just a 'quick fix' as it isn't an actual oil unless the can is clearly labelled as "Bike All Condition Lubricant". It'll be best to buy a proper light oil like 3in1, 151 Super oil or an actual chain lube. This 'clickey' noise. Is it random and happening every so often or is it a constant, regular click that changes with the speed your pedalling at? Check for slack in the chain. as you wiggle the chain up and down there should only be about a centimetre of movement in the chain. If it's too slack or too tight it can make strange noises. Check the axle bolts and nuts to make sure they're not loose. Check the wheel is mounted straight. If it's turned left or right the chain will 'skip' as it's slightly missing the cog teeth on the wheel. Use the frame at the rear end of the wheel as reference and measure how far the side of the wheel is from the frame on both sides. It should be about the same both sides.

New Balance 6100 Recumbent Bike making a clanking noise when pedaling

I have done a tremendous amount of research on this problem. New Balance (Fitness Quest) is out of business as of late 2012 and no parts are available. The main bearing or crank bearing set is 100% compatible with Proform part number 295560. Since New Balance put their name on this product, they have stated they will reimburse customers for the repairs.

You are using the wrong terms although 'pedals' is correct. The 'shaft' is called a 'crank' or a 'crankset'. https://www.google.com/search?q=Nishiki+Tamarack+crankset+and+pedals General Parts https://www.google.com/search?q=Nishiki+Tamarack+parts+website ..
