Dont know how to remove and install front wheel on gmc denali road bike 700c

If the wheel has nuts (not bolts) on each side you just need to loosen each one enough to remove the wheel. I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/donald_f2ed37026a3ac881

How to remove front forks

Repainting via rattle-can is a bad idea - looks poor and will not hold up. As for forks, just google "overhaul threadless headset." I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/donald_f2ed37026a3ac881

Why does the expander on my handle bars always come loose

Remove the bolt and put a lock washer between the bolt and head. That or put some blue loctite on the threads. Just remember to have the head removed from the fork tube before the bolt comes out or the expander will come off in the forks.

Replace brakes for denali 700c

just go to a higher end brake pad that should work.First make sure the cable is adjusted properly, that could be the whole problem. Maybe you're just used to the bike now and are going a lot faster than you used to.

My brakes seem to move to one side, I tried adjusting the pads and also the cable but once I press the brakes, the whole assembly moves on one side and starts touching the rims even after I release th

Yes but you didn't tighten the actual brake assembly. Grab a 10mm to 12mm box wrench and tighten that down. You should be good to go but before you ride off into the sunset make sure to do the other set as well and to readjust the brake pads on the rims and tighten all the pads snuggly.
