Kenmore progressive 360 vacuum cleaner has low

Check the tube that leads down to the brush head for clogging as well as any motor or HEPA filters. If that still shows nothing, take the cover off the brush head (like you're changing the belt) and look for obstructions in there. Usually, if you have low suction on the accessory hose, the problem is with a motor filter, HEPA filter, or a clog where the hose goes into the unit. If you have good suction on the accessory hose but none on the floor, it's usually in the brush head (clog or broken belt) Good luck

Everything seems to be working

Probaly a clogged suction tube, unplug the vacuum first then tilt the vacuum upside down and see if you can see a clog .On the back side of the brush it will be kinda funnel shaped and that leads to your suction tube . That is the most common place for a clog.

Is there an easy way to see if a drive belt may be

Well there is only turning the vacuum over and see if the brush is rotating.

If it is not moving then you need to replace the belt.

If you need to know how to remove the bottom plate to replace the belt, please post the model number, the numbers you posted above are not the kenmore model numbers, the model numbers will look like this

The drum is not turning

by drum I take it you mean the beater bar on the bottom? I would check the belt and probably replace it. remove the screws holding the very bottom of the vacuum on and remove the access plate / cover. you should see the belt or whats left of it.

Kenmoore Intellivac w direct drive suddenly

Shut off the vac and open container and remove the bag. Try dropping a coin into the hose, then raise up to see if it falls thru to the bag area. If it does check the throat of the vac where the dirt is sucked upward to dump into the bag itself.

Loud noise/Sounds clogged

You could have a clogged air filter and vacuum is not getting air to motor. You could have hair and string buildup on ends of roller brush. You can put a vaccum hose over a broom handle to clean it out. Also, check the little elbow of the hose at the bottom f vacuum where it bends.

Sounds like something is 'stuck' -

unplug, then unwind the shoelace from the roller.

Progressive with Direct Drive not picking up

check and see if your brush roller is turning.remove the hose and see if you have suction.if not then you have something stuck in the suction intake. after removing the hose turn it on and put your hand over the hole wher the hose was connected to the base.if there is suction there then you have a blockage in your hose.if thats the case take the hose completely off the vacuum and take it outside and blow it out with a garden hose.if the blockage is in the intake then get a coat hanger and bend the tip so it is round, then work it down into the hole where the hose was connected to the base.you should be able to push push out the clog through the bottom.also clean all the filters real good.you can also take the filters out and then turn it on if you have suction then ,then its the filters
