If you have setup disk that came with printer insert disk and go to my computer and select the disk and run the setup It will then install the required drivers, If you do not have the disk drivers can be obtained from the HP website free of charge.

Nero 7 has an application called Nero play time. Check that out. I have an old copy that has been superceeded by windows 7 ultimate so you can have my key if you like the software. Hi as_shah, if you have no sound on the pc , check the drivers on the pc.

go to device manager by clicking start > right click computer and click Manage > then click device manager

click the arrow under sound > then right click the device and hit uninstall

try to download this link on lenovo website:

select the brand if it is notebook and click the model number and continue.

Then download the appropriate driver which is suitable on the operating system.

Run the program , restart the pc and check if it works

It may be that you have NumLock on - these function represents a KeyPad on the Letter Keys - usually the U,I,O,P,[,J,K,L,;,M kEYS are replaced with numbers - to switch on/off you should have a key with Number Lock on it possibly abbreviated to NumLck or NumLK etc - activate that Key - may need to use in combination with the FN key as well to toggle the Number Lock on and off - also often a light appears to show its ON

try pressing fn+esc to enable to camera. If this doesn't work go to control panel by click start then select control panel and click on device manager. Once you're in device manager, look for imaging devices and click on the arrow/plus sign beside imaging devices. Once you see the camera driver, highlight it and press the delete button on your keyboard to uninstall the driver. After that restart your computer.

You need to take the unit apart down to the system board. Sorry, I do not have the sefrvice manual.

You need to download and re-install touchpad drivers to get the tapping function working.

It will only work if you reinstall windows with the same discs that came with the laptop as it has the right drivers...

  1. Turn off all applications currently using the drive. Otherwise Windows will prevent you from ejecting the DVD tray
  2. Hold Windows + E on the keyboard to open File Explorer
  3. Click the DVD drive icon and click the "Eject" button on the toolbar or right-click on the optical drive and choose Eject from the menu that pops up or down.

If you bought the Lenovo at a local dealer, take it back to them. If you bought it through an online dealer, I recommend you track down Lenovo customer support.

really why not ask the game maker directly for help with your w10. here they are right>? https://www.mygames.com/ so what do THEY say , it is there code, running. does Tetris fail or just your games, unnamed, this maker is bad company they take over your PC why run this crappp? it takes over your browser, and more, and is bad. the do not even have minimum system requirement there. nor support. avoid like the Plague.

Do a destructive full recovery, this will erase all user data.

Restart your computer & start tapping f/8 immediately and keep tapping until black screen comes up. Use the arrow keys to select safe mode the press enter. It will start up in safe mode in each corner, the icons are all out of shape and a help window will open. Close that window. Then go to: Start, Accessories, System Tools, right click System Restore & send to desk top.(The reason to do that will be to use it easier ANYTIME you have a problem.) Then do a system restore back to a time before you had the problem. That should resolve it. If not you will have to do a Recovery after saving everything you want to keep on a Flash Drive. It's a mechanical problem with the wiring and contacts along the edge of the screen. No "fix" except screen replacement.
