There is a blockage somewhere.

REPLACE IT

If it's a canister vac it takes a "Q" or "5055" bags ( same bag )

It has to come apart to fix that. I wouldn't recommend doing that yourself, as you will probably break it. Take it to your local vac shop for repair.

my roller won't turn, how do i fix?

grab a old wire coat hanger and straighten it all out put a small hook bend in one end ....shove it in the hose this will pull out plug

pop off top cover 2 screws then take lid off

there is a small reset on the brush nozzle on the side
