replace the cmos battery into new one that is specified the exact volt..hope this helpful...

remove the signal cord off from your pc back panel....then powr on again the monitor after power off the monitor..

I take it you have the same type of memory[matched in pairs]. I had an asus board that did the same thing. I started the way most builders do when they bench test, I sarted with just 1 memory stick, l [left 1 rom in] and removed everything I could. With the Dell that started to act up I cleared the CMOS over night with the jumper in the clear setting. I was able to get the Dell to work, I ended up selling the Asus board and the guy who bought it said he cleared CMOS and replaced the battery and it fired right up. My first Abit board[NF7-S] came with no manual or drivers disc. It's used but one thing I can say is Abit really didn't look like it's site was much help. I am just about to test it. It does sound like a device problem. You can go online, if you updated your BIOS it may cause problems but I'd also look at the updated BIOS to see if there is a update with this problem listed. One last thing, if you have extra cables try them to see if it is the hdd cable, thats happened to me also.

If they use the wide ribbon cable, you need the cables with two connectors. Then set on drive to master and one to slave, or set both to CS - for cable select. When you restart the computer, the OS will do the rest.

Hi Klex, I was able to find the website address www.kdsusa.com through one of their products on Newegg, but the site appears to no longer exist. They also had a phone number listed (1-800-283-131) but that too doesn't seem to work. I have the feeling that they have either close their business or ended their operations in the U.S.. Sorry I didn't have better information for you.
