Hi
You need to change your language in the menu.
Push and hold the menu button. When it changes in the window, use the up or down arrow button to move the asterisk (*) until you come to a window that has something like "lingua, or spreka", and then push the menu button again. Use the up arrow to scroll to "English". When you have the asterisk (*) in front of English, push the menu button again. You have selected English and then you can push the escape button to exit. Some machines have exit in the scroll bar, so it depends on your machine.

Hi
When you are done steaming, just press the water button and open the steam valve again. This will purge the steam and cool the boiler back down. When it is cool enough the display will change back to "product ready for use". Have something under the steam wand as this is where the steam and water will come out.

HI
Your spout is getting clogged with residule coffee. There is a screw pin behind the spout that you can loosen and remove the spout to clean. There will be a long tube attached to the spout dispenser.
When you put it back in the tube slips on the brew units outlet before you tighten the screw down.
I don't have a manual and need to decalcify my
Don't use vinegar or CLR or any chemical used in the bathroom.
Auto descale: To automatically descale your machine, press the scoop button and hold it down until you enter the menu. Use the arrows on the left to scroll down until you come to Descale. Press enter and the machine will enter the mode to descale your machine. The process takes about 45 minutes. You don't have to do a thing except mix a full water tank with descaling solution and have a container under the steam wand when your start. If you have a cappuccinonatori on your machine you will need two containers. To start the descaling process, simply turn the steam knob. When the process is over your machine will say "Descale finished". Remove your water tank and rinse it out. Refill it with fresh water. Replace on the machine and start the descaling process over again to rinse your machine. Go back into your menu and scroll up or down 1 to signal descale and enter. Choose "Yes" and push enter so the machine will tell you when you need to descale again.
Manual descale: To decalcify your boiler, remove your water tank and fill it with hot water (100 to 120 degrees). Open a pack of decalcifier and mix into the water tank. Place the tank back on the machine, then turn the machine on.
- If you have a non-rapid steam machine, just open the steam knob and run approximately eight ounces of solution into a spare container. Turn the machine off and let set about 10 to 15 minutes. It is very important that the machine does not remain on to heat the boiler anymore than necessary.
- If you have a rapid steam machine, turn on the machine and then push the hot water button. This turns off the rapid steam and allows you to run hot water/solution through the steam wand. Just open the steam valve and run approximately eight ounces of solution into a spare container. Turn the machine off and let set about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Repeat step #2 for your type of machine. Do this until you have used the entire water tank of solution (approximately four to five cycles). Remove the water tank and rinse it with fresh water.
- Refill the water tank with fresh water and place it back on the machine.
- Repeat step #2 to rinse the machine, only this time use the entire water tank at one time, and there is not need to let it set.
- Your machine has been decalcified. You may still have scale in your boiler, but not as much as you had before. To reset your descale light, hold down on the steam button for at least five seconds. You are ready to brew, once your boiler has heated up.

First, check / remove the water filter in the tank, next try to run hot water thru the wand, not steam but water, this should prime the system, then turn off and back on, that should do the trick, unless you have a bad pump. Good Luck!
Ventilate error
Just try to pour some hot water out from the steam wand after some seconds the veltilate massage will go out.
Good luck
The brewing unit doesn't click in anymore, seems
Open the door on the right. The brew unit is the thing with the handle that has the "press" on it. You need to push on the upper left side of the brew unit until it clicks. There is an outlet spout on the opposite side of where you are pushing. It goes into an intake port that needs to be lubed, so the outlet spout will slide in without pushing back. That should take care of the missing brew unit.

HI
Decalcifying your boiler: Your boiler uses water that has dissolved minerals in it. Even if it is filtered, there are minerals. Your boiler needs to be decalcified to prevent mineral deposits from damaging it. Why can this damage your boiler? The boilers within these machines are small and narrow and therefore they heat up quickly. They hold a small amount of water (250 ml). Their heating element is in the boiler housing itself. So when you start to accumulate mineral deposit, you take up space. This lowers efficiency for heating. Also the mineral starts to attack the silicone gasket that seals the boiler and soon you have a leaking boiler. Water hardness is measured in numbers from 1 to 4. Number 1 indicates soft water having a few minerals while Number 4 describes water containing the most minerals. Set your water hardness to 4 is my recommendation to keep your boiler in good working order. Descale more often than not enough!
To program the water hardness into your machine, press the scoop coffee button and hold until you get the menu. Scroll through the menu until you come to water hardness. Set your water hardness to the level that your test strip says. Press enter (scoop button). Use the arrows to select the hardness and then press enter. You have programmed your hardness and now the machine will tell you when to descale.
Auto descale: To automatically descale your machine, press the scoop button and hold it down until you enter the menu. Use the arrows on the left to scroll down until you come to Descale. Press enter and the machine will enter the mode to descale your machine. The process takes about 45 minutes. You don’t have to do a thing except mix a full water tank with descaling solution and have a container under the steam wand when your start. If you have a cappuccinonatori on your machine you will need two containers. To start the descaling process, simply turn the steam knob. When the process is over your machine will say “Descale finished”. Remove your water tank and rinse it out. Refill it with fresh water. Replace on the machine and start the descaling process over again to rinse your machine. Go back into your menu and scroll up or down 1 to signal descale and enter. Choose “Yes” and push enter so the machine will tell you when you need to descale again.
On your machine, the leakage is the seals on one of your 2 boilers. One can be fixed the other will have to be replaced depending on which one is leaking.
Saeco stratos coffee maker started to leak inside
HI
There are a lot of things that can cause the machine to leak.
You could have a fitting or tube that is broken.
You boiler could be leaking and needs to be replaced.
You could have a hose connection that has come loose.
You could have a bad seal at a connection.
Until you get inside you will not know? You might want to have someone look at it for you.
Scale is one of the major causes for machines to start leaking. Make sure that your water hardness is set on 4, so you descale more often than not enough, to prevent leakage in the boiler.
Coffee comming out of the machine is not really
Hi
You can go into the menu and scroll to "temperature", Push the menu button again once the * is in front of the item you want to change. Use the up down arrows on the button to change the setting and then push the menu button again to keep that change. Some machines also that temp controls on the different coffee buttons so you can change them individually in the menu also. Remember if you want to enter or keep anything you need to push the menu button.
