Have you tried to clean the grinder? If you have used oily beans, the burrs can become clogged, and when the machine tries to grind, it is not able to complete the dose. Then the machine dumps to start again. This is a frustrating feature, but if you remove the beans and vacuum out the chamber, that may solve the problem.

you have problem in water circuit ,either block steam boiler or one of tubes in or out , also can be electric valve if there is . Any case you have to open the machine and find out

i don't know. using the same liquid volume, please consider running 3 fresh cups of white vinegar through the machine without putting in a puck.. it may just be that the hot water is being directed and restricted to one side of the puck because of a build up of lime. also, your owner's manual may offer other ideas about cleaning or flushing.
It can be that the beans are just of weak taste. Also, you should be able to set your coffee to a smaller size, which means that less water will be added.
Please remove all the beans from the machine. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove all the eccess beans from the grinder. Please try to make a coffee and turn the adjustment knob on top to gross and fine until the grinding compartment feels fine again. Then fill it up with coffee again.
