are you talking about the band pins or the lug pins? most watch repair stations will have lugs and pins, and will replace for about $5...any more and you will be getting ripped off. Lug pins are a pain and unless you have the proper lug tools, you can end up scratching the finish of the watch...be careful!

They all set pretty much the same. Here is the general walk through from the Cole site: Press the lower left button on the Kenneth Cole digital watches to cycle through the various modes. Press it three times to get into time mode (the face should be blinking). Press the upper right-hand button to change the seconds. Press the lower right-hand button to select the minutes.

Are the hands moving but out of step with the digital display?

If so then try pressing the "mode" button to reach a mode that allows you to set the hands (on my Casio it is "HS"), I would expect something similar on yours.

You can then alter the hands by pressing one of the other buttons. I would expect one button to advance the hands and another to ****** them.

Ive heard people say many times to put cell phones in a bowl of dry white rice to remove moisture from them,so Im sure it would work for a watch as well. Just make sure to leave the watch in the rice over night,and make sure to have none of the watch showing in the rice---it will need to pull moisture from within the tiny parts.

Maybe a reset button inside marked a.c. if so short it between battery and a.c. button. hope this helps
