Water is leaking into the drip tray.

Clean the chamber below the white plastic valve, there is also a small discharge that leads from there into the drain tray clean that hole also.
Second the thermostat that controls the steam may be damaged or the cpu board, the contact the controls the steam may be damaged, i have seen both of those happen on some units.

Wter just drips out

If its from the steam spout then the pins in the steam valve need to be replaced. If its from the coffee spout then the pins in the white plastic valve need to be replaced.

It says to Decalcify and fill watertank.

Hello lsh2,
This an easy fix that I am happy to help you with. The solution is 2 parts water to one part vinegar, so if you have a 12 cup unit it would be 8 cups water and 4 cups vinegar. Run 1 or 2 fresh water/vinegar solutions through and when complete rinse with a run through of fresh water.

I hope this is a help for you. If it is, please positive feedback for me. Thanks! NormanZ

Limited water output (saeco vienna superautomatica model year 04)

Could be 3 things. Pump, flow meter, or clogged boiler. Pump is a standard ulka pump, flow meters are bought only from saeco as well as boilers. If i had to guess.... If its a vienna black than i'd point to the flowmeter. If you get pressurized water out of the steam wand than its either the flow meter or the boiler. Pointing more towards the flow meter (u shaped white plastic part with in and out tubes.

Won't brew

water puddling underneath machine indicates a broken boiler.

Machine needs to be sent in to have the boiler replaced.

Do not continue to use the machine because the seal on the boiler which is broke can end up splashing the electronic board and rendering your machine a paper weight.

COFFE MACHIEN WON'T MAKE COFFEE

Hi
A blinking red light means that something is not in place. The usual subject is the drip tray. If it doesn't lock into place usually there are grounds behind it. The brew unit is an other one that doesn't lock in every time. To check, open the door and without pushing the "press" button, grab the handle and pull. If it comes out, that was your problem.

Long time for drip coffee.

Grinder is set to too fine. Lower grinder settings. Keeping the machine at current settings with drip extraction will result in brew group clogging, gear stripping, and/or dulling of grinder burrs.

Poured water into the bean hopper by accident

I wouldn't recommend it. Grinder needs to be opened up from the top where the ceramic blades are and that section needs to be cleaned out. The coffee in there will compact and mold quickly. Just unscrew the top screw by the hopper. There should be a rubber circular housing you can remove. From there set the grinder setting to the coarses setting (all the way to the right, and not 1.) Look at the blades and there should be markings in red and blue, align the red with red or blue with blue until the top blade easily detaches. Clean inside the that area and **** out all the coffee. Replace top blade, set red to blue so it locks the blade in place, replace arm and hopper.
