The liquid coffee isn't coming through. I get wet

Hi Brew head cleaning Vienna/ Master Remove the brew unit. Holding the handle, the top left side is the brew head. There is an outlet pipe that exits the front side towards the door (looks like a long "L" pipe). 2screws hold it to the top. Remove the 2 screws while holding the manifold ("L" pipe assembly). Once they are removed, lift the l assembly off (be careful, there is an O-ring, spring and at the end a black rubber disk. Now remove the brew screen, by holding the screen with your finger and twisting the thumbscrew (remember, thumbscrew), DON'T use the key to install the screen, use your fingers. Once the screen is out look at where the screen was. There are 2 holes. A big one in the center and a small one to the side. With the brew unit upside down over the towel, insert a paperclip into the small hole and force anything out the other side. I have gotten worms almost a 1" long from this passage. The paper clip has to go from this side to prevent damage to the seat on the other side. Clean then reassemble. Brew unit on towel right side up. Drop the crystal ball in first. Then the spring small end first on the crystal ball. Now the O-ring over the spring, then place the manifold on top of that with the pipe towards the machine. Insert your screws (I turn them backwards a little with a little downward pressure until they feel like they drop into the threads. They should turn down easily, if not back them up a little more ( we are trying to find the old threads) and tighten. Install screen, and tighten with your fingers. The screen just needs to be flush with the bottom of the brew head. That should do it.

Coffee stays in brewer and is wet coffee tastes

Try to clean the showers both upper and lower on the removable coffee group. If they are blocked from dry coffee then you have the result you describe. If not then you presure pump my not pump properly or you have a lot of scale that blocked the water flow.
Also check the water if it hot enoght since if the thermostat can stop before the water heat up to 95 C and if it is cold we can have the result you have mention.
Good luck.

How do I change the aqua filter in the Saeco

it is not a filter but a water softener and no need to replace. You need to pass thought it 2 spoon full of salt desolve with water and then flush it with water for 15 min until the salt will be cleaned. You can do this one time per month so to avoid any scale build inside the machine.

One possibility is that the grinding is too fine and the coffee is running slowly. Turn the coffee grinder udjust so the coffee will be more groase and the coffee will run faster. For a 30 cc coffee need around 20-25 sec.

Water is dropping from water tank

There is a valve that you can push up on the bottom of the tank but do it over the sink. There may be something under the valve seat that is causing the leak. If you push up hard on the valve you can get the O-ring to come off so you can clean the seat. There is a piston and spring on the inside, so when you replace it after cleaning, it goes spring piston and then on the under side push the O-ring on the bottom of the piston.

The brew group does not seem to engage properly.

Hi
Check behind the drip tray for coffee grounds. Make sure that your drip tray is locked in. If its not fully locked it, this could be your problem. If everything is removed but the brew unit, grab the handle without pushing the press button, and pull. If the brew unit comes out, it wasn't locked in. Put the drip tray in. Set the brew unit on the drip tray. Now slide the brew unit towards the machine with a little force and see if that locked it in?

Coffee and steam lights flash after using steamer

Hi
Once you have finished steaming, turn the steam button off, then open the knob and let the steam out. The water pump will turn on again and bring the temp back down. When the pump changes tone, the light will go off and you can brew again. It takes less than 10 seconds.

Our machine grinds coffee, but does nothing more,

Hi
Sounds like you have a blockage in you grind passage. Try removing the brew group. Then inside on the roof of the machine where the brew unit was setting there is a drop chute where the coffee is dropped into the brew unit. . From the left side of the drop chute pull down and back, and it will drop coffee. . This will clear an opening that relieves pressure on the passage. There is a passage inside the drop chute area that goes to the grinder. Vacuum it out. It will be on the right side of the drop chute.
Once that is cleared go to the bean hopper. There are 2 knobs in the bean hopper. Turn the large knob to the largest number. You can turn the knob to a larger number any time but it has to be grinding to turn to a smaller number. Now replace everything and make your coffee. Once you have made your coffee you can turn the knob back to a number that was higher than the one you had it on, but only when the grinder is running.

Coffee leaking into grounds drawer

On top of the Brew Group is an arm that dispenses the coffee into the cup. Did you remove the arm? There are two screws that secure the arm to the top of the Brew Group. When you remove the two screws you'll find a spring that's inserted into a hole. Be carefull. There is a ball below the spring in the bottom of the hole. Don't loose it. At the top of the hole where the plate for the arm mounts and covers the hole, there should be an o-ring gasket. If you removed the arm while cleaning and didn't put the o-ring back in, you'll get this problem.

Hi
There are 2 things that prevent the coffee from getting wet.
1. You have a plug in the brew head. This is from coffee residue caking in the brew head passage.
2. You have a bent gate valve.
I will send you a picture of a gate valve and also instructions for cleaning the brew head.
