Temperature control on Saeco magic deluxe

No it cannot. I am not sure why you would want the water hotter. It is designed to be at the perect temperature for passing through the brew group for coffee brewing, its kind of a simple science.
If your machine has been producing less hot coffee gradually, that marks an issue. Try descaling the boiler per the manufacturer's inscrutions even if the warning light isnt on. The other option is that the thermal fuse mounted to the boiler is bad and turns off the boiler prematurely, those cost about $15 and are simple to replace. Lastly, the boiler heating element may be 'burnt out' new boiler is $120+

Cannot remove central unit to clean

Push the left side as your push the "Press" button. Push down and back. They do get stuck sometimes. Keep trying. Don't break it, but I used a screw driver one time. Be gentle. Take a deep breath.

Our Saeco Magix Deluxe (old

Hi
When the machine is done brewing some water is relieved into the drip tray. This is the pressure relief. Some coffee residue is also taken into the drip tray. This is normal. As long as nothing is under the machine your OK.

I have a saeco magic

Hi
Sounds like your drain is getting plugged with coffee residue. Remove your brew unit. There is an injector that has 2 orange o-rings in it in the back. That pocket below it is filling with water. There is a drain that is to the bottom left that goes into the drip tray in front. Use a prob of some kind that is about 12" long that you can stick down and forward in the drain pocket. Work it towards the fron and you should open the drain again. it fills with oils, so use some hot sudzy water and clean it out.

Machine says beans are empty and will not brew.

Try adjusting the grinder coarser when it is running. Either the grind is too fine or the grinds chamber is blocked, remove the brew unit and check the gate to the grinder on the inside right.
