Your mixing valve(faucet) has a bad valve and is allowing the hot water to bypass and leak thru shower. You should replace the bad mixing valve or the faucet to repair and stop the leak.

I have a Grohe shower
WEll, the question is do your sinks have water that is hot enough? If no, perhaps your water heater is set too low. If yes, many shower controls have hot limiter and if you pull the handle, often there is a spline assembly that stops the travel from going hot, adjust to allow more.

I'm not familiar with that specific shower but I assume you are refering to a hand-held shower head. Probably calcium build-up inside the head. Immerse it in Limeaway for an hour or two.

The push knob on the bathtub faucet doesn't
Replace the faucet It may be attached with a set-screw underneath the faucet or simply screwed onto a short length of (1/2") threaded pipe stubbed out of the wall. If the set-screw is not present, cut through any caulking at the base of the faucet, insert a screw driver or similar into the spigot and use it to turn the spigot anti-clockwise. It should just 'thread' off. If there is a set-screw, undo it (from underneath) with a screw driver and pull the faucet off the pipe. Make sure before installing a new faucet you get one which connects either onto a threaded or unthreaded pipe depending upon which comes out of the wall.

Have you tried simply cleaning out the aerator?
Unscrew the aerator from the bottom of the faucet and clean out all of the debris on the screen and inside the fitting, then replace.
