Hansgrohe shower head water leaking out of connector
Is it a Grohe or Hansgrohe shower head? If it is a Hansgrohe shower head the first thing to check is if the self sealing filter gasket is installed at the connection to the shower arm. Hansgrohe shower heads have a black self sealing filter gasket in the head that some people remove assuming it is a flow restriction device. It is only a filter and does not restrict flow unless clogged with debris. Next make sure the flow restriction device below the filter gasket is still installed. On some models removing the flow restrictor will cause water to be expressed from the air injection ports near the pivot ball. Feel free to contact me at Hansgrohe. 1-800-334-0455. you need to check that you have a flow of water through the shower from the hot side. it suggests to me that you have not. no flow being sensed by boiler and so it will not fire. there could be a blocked filter to the inlet of the shower. turn the shower to its hottest and see what flow you have if very little check the inlet. it could also be the thermostat cartridge in the shower stuck on cold and not allowing hot water delivery.

You need to check the filters on your mixing valve first as they are most likely clogged up.

For the last few months
The valve is slowly clogging with lime deposits and dust.
You will have to cut the water, remove the assembly from the pipes and completely strip it to clean the deposits. Use a sharp pointy object (like a screwdriver) and some hard/stiff steel wire - the are hard, a lot of force will be needed. If you have to use a hammer be very careful, the walls on the assembly are very thin. As a last resort you should boil the components in vinegar.
