Cappucinatore won't pull milk through the tube
Hi
There should be a small pin on the top of the Cappuccinator. When it starts, twist the pin slowly until the milk flows up the tube. Then leave it where it is and it will work all the time.

You probably have a stuck solenoid. They can scale up just like your boiler. If the solenoid won't click when the button is pushed the valve won't open and flow water. The flow meter won't spin and then the computer says "Ventilate" You will have to remove the top and replace the solenoid on the steam valve where the steam wand comes off of. Have you ever done a descale on the machine?
The water hardness should be set on the #4 to prevent this, but everbody thinks their water doesn't have scale in it. WRONG. Only distilled water or RO water won't have scale but they can disolve other parts of the machine over time. Descale more often than not enough.
Machine will not grind beans.
