The sensor that detects the presence of dredge drawer is not closing. Locate it and fix it or just jump the wiring to the sensor.

hi, what do you mean by "it drops" ? If it doesn't float anymore, you have to replace it. Remove the top cover of the small tube where the magnet floats, replace the floating magnet and replace the cover. If the cover doesn't seat properly, glue it with a drop of silicone so you can remove it next time. If the magnet floats but is not recognized by the inside detector (the small white block you can see inside the machine, in front of the magnet), it is probably because the magnetism has fainted with time. Replace it with a new one. Hope that helps. M.

Run a simple cleaner through your system without coffee. Pour in white vinegar 4:1 ration. Brew this maybe up to 3 times. Should clean your clog.

Means it is wet inside

There is a blockage in the steam/hot water circuit . Try poking the end of the steam tip on wand with a paper clip. Make sure turn the hot water on by pressing the hot water button and turning the steam wand.

Yes vinegar or special liquid for descaling. The same result. Put the liquid into watertank,then rinse trought hot water knob about 10 seconds,then turn off machine for 5 minutes,rinse rest of liquid and then fill watertank with fresh water and rinsing again all water from the tank.

unscrew where is the arrow and take off the brew unit(the block).

no,will not dry .You have to take off the beans canister and get out the grinder knife to clean it.

My machine is 11 years and I found that I had to increase the dose rate and also slightly giner grind.

You cant put the drawer back in its place because the grup is not in the correct possition.To bring the grup to the right possition you need to press the switch that the drawer presses when it is puted correct inside.Look at the drawer and you will see at the back side a knob, see where it enters at the machine (that is the switch).Press the switch with something plastic and the grup will move and stop to the right possition.Now you can put the drawer back on.

sounds like the thermal resistor may be going bad.

Only way to get this fixed is having it sent out to a service center. Machine needs to be opened up and the resistor and a few sensor's need to be checked.

the BREW UNIT is this part of the machine wich is behind the right side door.Take off the dregdrawer open the door,and you will see handle to grab his hand, then press the "press" and pulling the unit.Then put it back in place and must be done. If you have any questions, write me!
