My coffee is very weak. i have the machine for 8 years and always had a good cup of coffee

My machine is 11 years and I found that I had to increase the dose rate and also slightly giner grind.

I can't get the dreg drawer back in place because a chute on the bre group seems jammed. Can you help?

You cant put the drawer back in its place because the grup is not in the correct possition.To bring the grup to the right possition you need to press the switch that the drawer presses when it is puted correct inside.Look at the drawer and you will see at the back side a knob, see where it enters at the machine (that is the switch).Press the switch with something plastic and the grup will move and stop to the right possition.Now you can put the drawer back on.

Saeco magic comfort coffee machine

sounds like the thermal resistor may be going bad.

Only way to get this fixed is having it sent out to a service center. Machine needs to be opened up and the resistor and a few sensor's need to be checked.
