Before you go ordering any new parts, have you made sure that the dishwasher is LEVEL. Surprisingly this is a very finicky thing with dishwashers and I even went as far as replacing my float switch before realizing that the dishwasher was slightly out of level. Once I straightened it out the dishwasher was totally fine. Just to be sure, I skewed it in another direction and had the same problem. Like I said, give it a try (front to back AND side to side) and you might be in luck!

Hi.Either the dishwasher is overfilling or the door seal is damaged. If the dishwasher is overfilling the float switch must be replaced. Check the door insulation first.

check the float switch. make sure its operational. make sure you hear the solenoid click when you raise it up. you may just need to replace the control

If the normal cycle is taken hours then the water temperature is not correct. If you have inlet hot water connection, then check the water temperature. If using cold water then the thermostat or heater in the dishwasher is faulty.Look for items 7 and 12 in this diagram.

Make sure nothing is binding the racks which could be pressing against the door when closed. Also make sure the dishwasher isn't installed too tightly in its place, which puts pressure on the latch. You may need to lower the leveling legs a bit.

Hi. Pressing and holding the cancel button may reset the unit at this time,as well as, pulling the ac plug out of the wall outlet for five minutes. With that said, I will provide the proper reset sequence below. 1. Open the door of the unit slightly. 2. Within three seconds, press the following sequence in this order-high temp scrub,energy saver dry,high temp scrub,energy saver dry. 3. After the sequence, close the unit door and latch it. 4. After the door is closed, press the cancel button. This will reset the main control, unless there is major damage to the circuitry of the control board.

when the clean light flashes its displaying a fault code based on the number of times it flashes...if it flashes 7 times then pauses then flashes 7 times again its displaying error code#7 if 4 times then pause its code#4 ect.
