Water leaks shere showerhead joins the shower stem

when reconnecting the shower head to the pipe coming from the wall..

did you use some pipe tape, pro dope or another type of joining compound?

this seems likely to be the problem.. if you don't have any on hand, visit a hardware store and ask their staff for pipe tape for plumbing and you should be pointed into the right direction.

If your tub spout has a knob that you lift to divert the water to the waterpic then replace it with a Delta service part #RP17453 pull down spout. It always sends 100% of the water to the shower head and will always snug tight to the wall.

Filter seems cloged

Have you tryed soaking it in viniger will clean shower heads.
Do you get a good stream of hot water through the shower arm with the shower head off. Take it off and make sure shower valve is suppling hot water.

How do i fix my water pik water want come out

The filters need cleaning or there is clog. Here is a tip. Get some denture cleaner put enough water in it. And put 4 to 6 tablets and let it soak 24 hours. If you have no power the fuse is blown. Check the outlet by using another device.circuits in bathrooms will have a reset at the outlet. Possibility. Blown breaker

How can i adjust the height of my shower head?

This usually means removing part of your wall,and extending your pipe ,but if you don't want to do that ,I believe home depot,sells a shower arm that adjustable ,to raise or lower the head
