If your Saniplus macerator won't pump and the motor is humming or spinning slowly it is 95% likely that the internal motor capacitor has failed - most common problem with these unitsI have posted repair instructions here:Saniplus repair instructions

I worked on a lot of Saniflo products, they do not recommend using any products that have bleach or chlorine. Make sure the flapper inside the side inlet where the bath drains, is not obstructed.

Are you in the UK? Approx` age of pump? Model of Saniflo or if unknown what appliances does it serve?

If the water in the pan is slow to drain then possibly a restriction in the pan outlet or the membrane is slow to react to the water pressure, lastly if it is old and noisy the motor windings are damaged so in this case could be time for a new pump.

indicates a blocked or very dirty unit. Try cleaning with a saniflo cleaner - can be intorduced via wc bowl without unit removal. if this fails then its time to remove the unit and clean / look for blockages

Can you remove the lid (top) and adjust the ball cock? It may be stuck.

sound like the motor seized or windings degraded. REPLACE MAY CAUSE HEAT DAMAGE.

If its the top level of the drainage it minght be a venting problem. if it is u must install a 1 way air velve on the outside of the house were the pans bend comes out. Get a 90 bend with vent on hole at top and the vent, thast ask 4 it at plumbing shop. if the line is vented all the smells wil go into minisepal line and not out ur toilet. but i would call the plumber back who installed it if its not vented and this prob ocerd to fix it ,let me know if its the top line and if u want therder instructions or Q.

question aint clear.what do you want? this is in relation to plumbing and drainage however try to use ordinary instruments like gauze wire to filter the water so as to stop the blacking and you can use a rubber to hold the outlet pipe that pushes into the top of the macerator box.try it

Sounds like your float inside the unit is hung up on debris or is defective. DW
