The first thing I'd suspect is a poorly fitting door seal / gasket. This will permit the heat inside the oven to escape. Did you replace the thermal fuse on the back of the oven or the one in the control panel?

There is usually a small panel on the side of the microwave replace with a similar bulb. I think you can get them anywhere bulbs are sold

These ovens are made by Whirlpool. The electronic control board is notorious for going bad. If it is the one I am thinking about it is probably no longer available and will need to be rebuilt. I have had good success with Corecentrics Solutions. A google search will bring them up. I sent off the board and a rebuilt one arrived in about a week. Much cheaper than the original board too.
