I assume you have separated the tank (the upper part) from the bowl. The rubber gasket just pulls off. Under the gasket you will find a large nut holding the plastic flush pipe to the bowl.

I would suspect that the flush valve has a blokage in it that is causing a harmonic distortion to be transmitted thru your cold water piping.. One way you may be able to help this is to slow fill rate down on your flush valve. If your fush valve has a seperate float to shut off water supply to tank when it;s full there should be a adjustement screw onside of valve where float rod goes in. Adjust screw down to raise float and thus slow fill rate of tank, this should help with the noise. Ifyour toilet does not have adjustable float see if you have a valve on incoming water supply. If you do you can try slow down flow thru supply valve and see if that helps, Thanks

I have never heard of a toilet that needs an electronic reset, but it appears it is as simple as just disconnecting the power for 10 minutes. It does sound though are yours has a failing flush valve. I managed an airport lounge and we had dozens of electronic toilets and we had to keep a box of spares for them and just put new parts in them including complete control boards. Kohler has good support. You can view the diagrams for that unit with the link I am posting. There are no filters listed in the diagram that might need to be cleaned. There is a chance that the unit has developed a clog from hair etc in the pump impellor. The flange may have come loose and is allowing air in the suction side of the pump too. We had a problem with phantom flushing. Call Kholer. They will send redesigned battery holder and top of flush unit for free. Seems to have fixed the issue.

The only batteries are in the docking station. If the remote is attached to the docking station, take that off and set it aside. Next, carefully lift the docking station up and out from the mounting bracket. Look at the back of the docking station, push the two tabs outwards (away from each other) simultaneously to open the battery compartment cover. Replace the batteries (4 AAs) in the correct orientation. Reinstall the cover. Then replace the docking station on the mounting bracket and put the remote back on the dock if desired. I don't know this specific tub, but here's the pictoral. The button (90105) should come out of its base, held by friction of O ring. This should allow you to disconnect the pressure line. If you are looking to replace the complete assembly, likely you will need a basin wrench to reach nut (65157). Smart-a$$ answer is to find an old 3 gallon pot in a salvage place. Best answer is to fiddle with the chain that goes from the handle to the flush flapper and see if adjusting its length makes a difference. If it's too short it might result in letting the flapper closing too soon and allowing your deposit to remain.

The jet that pushes the water through maybe clogged with calcium buildup.

There's something blocking it sometimes if you turn the water off in your home and turn it back on sometimes calcium from the pipes break loose and cause blockage in new style washerless valve assemblies.

Get a water hose,place in tub,connect to water outlet,turn on for a minute,then turn off.then disconnect hose,then water will come out.
