Probably something stuck in the Trap of the stool unless your main line is stopped up. If you cannot plunge it, you may have to take the stool loose from the floor, unhook the water line, and turn it upside down out in your yard. You will be able to view right up into the trap of the stool . Otherwise, you can go buy a small stool snake and try to root it out on your own. Good luck, this is no fun.

Loosen the nut that holds it in. The nut is inside the tank and is left hand threads. Or it may need a new one if any of the plastic is broken or cracked.

The fill valve needs replacement unless you can take the top off snd find out what is keeping it from closing. I had one I took apart for the same reason and found a piece of plastic in the valve seat. Good Luck, Ned

There is a screw threaded adjuster on the float to adjust the height at which the shut off valve operates. Lower the float a bit by rotating it clockwise. If the valve still does not shut off you probably need to replace the rubber sealing washer - buy a proprietary service kit from any good DIY store. Turn off water at isolator valve (or at mains / cold water tank) Unscrew the body of the shut off valve carefully, making sure that any springs do not ping out. Replace sealing washer and reassemble.

You will find it hard to find a tank lid by it's self. You can go through Kohler and get the part and it will run some where around 60 bucks you might get lucking on eBay.

Sounds like you need to have the drain line augered out to remove an obstruction.
A plumber, or a roto-router type service will be needed if you don't know how to do it yourself.

I have never heard of a toilet that needs an electronic reset, but it appears it is as simple as just disconnecting the power for 10 minutes. It does sound though are yours has a failing flush valve. I managed an airport lounge and we had dozens of electronic toilets and we had to keep a box of spares for them and just put new parts in them including complete control boards. Kohler has good support. You can view the diagrams for that unit with the link I am posting. There are no filters listed in the diagram that might need to be cleaned. There is a chance that the unit has developed a clog from hair etc in the pump impellor. The flange may have come loose and is allowing air in the suction side of the pump too. We had a problem with phantom flushing. Call Kholer. They will send redesigned battery holder and top of flush unit for free. Seems to have fixed the issue.

The only batteries are in the docking station. If the remote is attached to the docking station, take that off and set it aside. Next, carefully lift the docking station up and out from the mounting bracket. Look at the back of the docking station, push the two tabs outwards (away from each other) simultaneously to open the battery compartment cover. Replace the batteries (4 AAs) in the correct orientation. Reinstall the cover. Then replace the docking station on the mounting bracket and put the remote back on the dock if desired.
