The top link has diagrams of internal working's of different types of Jacuzzi toilets. Most of them have a tab's on the over flow tube that the flapper will fit on. Shut water off and flush tank to get most of the water out and take a look on how the old one is connected. And replace with a new one. Check out the chain or plastic string which connect's flapper to handle to get proper adjustment for flushing toilet.

Cant find the right flapper for jacuzzi brand

Lowes used to carry some of the oversized flappers. If they dont anymore start calling the plumbing supply houses in your area. Hope this helps.

Have to replace two new toilets seats, the seats move

Martin, Jacuzzi has a one year warranty on toilet seats so if you have defective seats and they were purchased less than a year it is covered you will have to find a dealer near you, I provided a link for you to accomplish this. How is the seat attached? There should be two plastic screws with a nut on the underside which can be tightened these tend to loosen and nee re-tightening every so often. I hope this has helped. Thanks for using FIXYA, good luck and have a great day. Jeff

Jacuzzi Era elongated seat attachment

first need to buy the longer oval seat so it sits correctly at the front most mounting screws are universal-- go buy thin rubber washers and trim and place between the hinge and bowl than tighten down this will stop slippage but the front if not correctly sitting on the bowl will still cause problems

I have a jauzzi 1.6 elongated toilet. I bought it

You're going to have to get the correct flapper for that toilet. Also, make sure that there is not something broken on the side that the flapper keeps coming disconnected from.

Tank won't fill unless I push down on flush valve inside toilet

Hello there
ok first when the valve inside of the tank is wearing out or is dirty this will happen you can take a washrag and clean the underside of themechanism really good and also the part that it rests on providing that you can get to it

if there are no screws to adjust the water reg valve see if it will turn clockwise to shorten the arm making it turn off or if needed turn it counter clock wise i have had to also slightly bend the arm down in some units to make the water stop after the tank is full so you may want to try that too ok
hope that this helps
best regards michael

Once my tank has filled (toto toilet) the fill

The fill valve isn't adjusted correctly. Does it have a ballcock or a newer fill valve? If it's the ballcock, there's a screw in the middle of the fill valve that you can loosen to lower the ballcock. If it's newer, you'll see a float that surrounds the fill valve. It has a small metal clip toward the bottom that you need to pinch to raise or lower the float. It also has a large plastic screw with a phillips head at the top for fine tuning.

Flush assembly

Follow the link above. You will find a link to a dealer in your area that will have the proper parts for your toilet. Often these toilets have brand spacific parts for them. The poblem with places like Lowes, in regards to their employees is that they are not trained to know the details about repair. Most of these people have never been in the industry in which they are selling products for. Also, most homeowners arent concerned about how they are going to repair this product at the moment, just how it looks at the time of purchase plus most homeowners don't repair their own, they hire it done. Hope this helps.

I am looking to replace the part inside tank that lifts flapper

Remove the entire chain, and take it to a hardware store, or home center (Home depot or Lowes) and ask for a suitable replacement.
Or you could replace the entire flapper that comes with a chain, at any of the above named stores.
Dont forget to take the flapper with you...
Good luck

The on off light in my Jacuzzi whirlpool bath keeps flashing

The flashing on/off light in a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath may indicate an issue with the control system, and it's important to address the problem to ensure the proper functioning and safety of the whirlpool bath. Here are some general steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue: 1. Check the Power Supply: - Ensure that the whirlpool bath is receiving power. Verify that the circuit breaker for the whirlpool bath is not tripped, and check for any loose or disconnected power cords. 2. Inspect the Control Panel: - Examine the control panel for any visible issues, such as loose or damaged wires, connectors, or buttons. Ensure that there is no water or moisture present in the control panel area. 3. Reset the System: - Some whirlpool baths have a reset function. Turn off the power to the unit, wait for a few minutes, and then turn it back on. This can sometimes reset the control system. 4. Refer to the User Manual: - Check the user manual that came with your Jacuzzi whirlpool bath for specific information on troubleshooting and resetting the control system. The manual may provide insights into the meaning of the flashing light and how to address it. 5. Contact Jacuzzi Customer Support: - If the issue persists and you cannot find a resolution through the manual, contact Jacuzzi customer support or the manufacturer for assistance. They may be able to provide guidance on how to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. 6. Professional Inspection: - If you're not comfortable or able to identify and fix the issue, it's advisable to seek assistance from a qualified professional or a technician experienced in Jacuzzi whirlpool bath systems. They can perform a thorough inspection and diagnose and repair any electrical or control system problems. It's essential to prioritize safety and follow proper procedures when dealing with electrical components and water. If you're uncertain or if the troubleshooting steps don't resolve the issue, it's best to seek professional assistance to avoid potential hazards.
