Fro memory these have the igniter pack at the rear of the oven once you get the cooker out it's pretty easy to remove & replace it. If you are unsure ring the manufacturers service division they are usually happy to help.

Is the gas turned on at the stop valve behind the range? Assuming the gas is on, the igniter can glow but not actually be working properly such that the control valve does not open or the valve may be failed. There are electrical measurements for the valve and igniter and related circuit that can be made if you have a clamp on amp meter and a volt meter.

Hello there and welcome to Fixya Ok here is the thing about the self clean features on these ovens the self clean feature is programmed in the ovens computer memory so when ever the self clean feature has been interrupted it needs to be reset The only way to reset this is to first unplug the oven and leave it sit for at least 1 hour (without interruption) now after the full hour is up plug in the oven and you may hear a audiable beep if so simply press the cancel button and you should be able to nw open the door or get back to what you were trying to do ok ?So please try this and post me a comment on how this works if there is more help that is needed i can continue to help you on this ok?Best regards Michael
