When I flush thenwater fills to the fill line and
I would ckeck to see where water fill line is inside toilet tank and then adjust flush valve to try to get it to shut off at this point. Not knowing whether your toilet still has original flush valve it is hard to tell you how to fix it. If it has float mounted on rod to flush valve there is usually a set screw on the top of the flush valve in the center. Turn this screw clockwise to make valve shut off sooner. Try to set it so that water shuts off when it is at fill mark. If float is mounted on brass float rod you can support rod closest to flush valve with left hand and carefully bend rod down a little with your right. This will cause flush valve to shut off sooner. If the seat is worn to badly in flush valve you will need to replace it.

I have an American Standard Cadet (one peice).
Check to see if every little hole under the rim is open and not clogged.
The best tool I have found for this job is a hex key, or allen wrench that
is bent at a 90 degree angle. I don't know if your toilet has a hole or siphon
jet way down at the bottom of the bowl, but I have seen these plug up too.
Use an even bigger allen wrench of that, scrape around inside the hole.
Also, I would install a new flapper. Get the one made by Korky,, they are
a universal flapper, and they allow more water to be used per flush.
I never could understand a water saving toilet that takes two flushes to
work properly, we sure aren't saving any water that way. I think we should
have left the toilets alone, and go after the golf courses. A golf course uses
more water than you can possibly imagine to keep the grass green in a desert.
Another way to modify a toilet is to extend the overflow tube up with a coupling.
Just don't go any higher than the handle !!! Then set the float valve higher, this
will give you a more powerful flush.
I made a good living modifying water saving toilets that don't work properly
right out of the box !
Good Luck and God Bless

Air switch randomly comes on by itself and I have to leave the breaker off
This could be caused by a faulty relay or switch in the control panel. It is best to have a qualified technician inspect the control panel and replace any faulty components. If the issue persists after replacing the faulty components, then it could be a wiring issue and a qualified electrician should be consulted.

My American standard champion 4 sings after I flush it, while it I still filling. Then stops when filled.
Hey, One thing is that maybe there might be some loose plastic shavings in the fill line. From the Factory? or maybe was inside the water line going to the toilet when you connected the line to toilet. Shut off the water and get some towels and something to catch the water and disconnect it from the toilet and use bowl or what ever to catch the water and slowly turn it on and see if anything comes out. Maybe if it is in the line inside the toilet it might fall out by lightly tapping on the fill line inside the toilet to help it fall out. Just a thought when you said it "Sings" that sounds like trash inside the line going to the filler tube and bowl, hey try it who knows it might work. Okay
