Honda generator eu3000is Not getting power to carb in order to meter fuel

After reading about Honda's Eco Throttle system available on inverter generators it seems it is not a fuel metering system but a computer controlled speed regulator or basically an electronic throttle. Because the engine of an inverter generator doesn't need to run at a constant high speed to produce the correct 50 or 60 Hz output this generator can run at slower speeds when the load is light. The electronic throttle is the means to make it happen - operated by the computer. The throttle is probably operated by a stepper motor and the power supplied to it likely to be in digital form. I suggest you try and gain a more full account of how the system works before you delve deeper.

What is the gap between the module and flywheel on a eu6500is Honda generator

I don't know. The air gap isn't usually critical. It needs to be a small gap for best efficiency but must not be so close it will touch if expansion brings it closer at operating temperature. The last air gap I adjusted was on a Briggs engine and that was 0.008", 8 thou which I believe is fairly typical for that type of application.

Honda generator EB3500 wont idle when put into auto idle, it will basicly want to stop

Carburetor is probably gummed up. Try running some "Sea Foam" in your gas, run it until the mix is in the carb and then shut it off and let it sit. I had to let a snowblower sit a week until it dissolved all the gum. If your using gas with Ethanol, this is a common problem. Try finding a station that sells gas without Ethanol or use Sea Foam to keep the Ethanol from breaking down. (It can break down in as little as 30 days).

Honda generator eb4000x gfic tripping

if you are using a lead that has a active , a neutral and a ground wire in the lead , there is no real reason to ground the gen set itself the neutral will not be bonded to the frame as that would create a possible short during operation the circuit is simple --active is the power wire --neutral is the return wire from the applications and the ground wire is for dead shorts and to prevent electrocution

Honda EG 1500C Gen. No compression on pulling rope. Opened valve access cover. No movement on exhaust valve. Push rod from crankcase does not move Is this normal for easy start engines?

As far as I know this generator has not a manual activated valve opener. Therefor the exhaust valve may be stuck in the open position. Spray the valve stem/shaft at both side where it enters the casing with penetrating oil and leave for a while. (Hour or so). Try then to get the valve to move freely by moving the valve up and down. Use pliers but the jaws must be covered with a thick cloth as not to damage or scrape the valve stem. Ps. if the inlet valve moves but the outlet doesn't then the outlet is just stuck and need to be loosened.

I have a Honda 7000

If the generator is an auto stop/start type for standby use, it would seem those solenoids are the reason why fuel isn't getting through. It would be a fairly sensible method of stopping the engine remotely. An auto start/stop generator would need a battery for starting purposes, a battery that would presumably also provide current to energise those solenoids and allow fuel to flow. I suggest you refer to the instruction manual in the first instance...
