Polar F11 not responding
I' advise to start with battery check. If the battery is ok, then you will need a professional to find the cause of malfunction.

Sounds to me as the integrated circuit has been damaged.
In this case you will not be able to repair it yourself as watchmakers skills needed.

In my tips and tricks page is a guide to Heart rate problems. These may be a cause, or you could have a battery issue.
Erratic Heart Rate can also be caused by interference. Power lines, strong radio and Cell signals and more electronic noise can cause problems with the wireless signal.
The last thing that can cause an extremely high signal is your heart. Had a client that was getting what they thought was a problem with the watch, turned out it was there heart and wound up with open heart surgery and a grateful doctor and client.

There is a step by step guide in my tips and tricks of things to try with your strap. If none of these work and you are getting a signal from another source then you need to get either a new strap, a new sender or both. If you send the T-31 wearlink into polar they can run a diagnostic and see which is bad and sell you just the piece you need or a whole new chest piece.

Sort of.
You can try holding the top right button down and see if the "logo" changes. For me this toggles between the spiral and a custom logo that I downloaded to my watch.
If that doesn't work, you can change it to one of many logos using the Polar Uplink Tool Software:
http://www.polarusa.com/us-en/support/downloads?product=&category=Logos
It is PC only.
There is also an option to create your our logo so you could create a "blank" logo too.
Hello, I am looking for a replacement body for my
Wow. I just went through this.
Polar doesn't sell replacement bodies. You can only go through a repair center for about $50. I bought a "display only" non-functioning model off of eBay for $10 and the body is the same as a functioning model.
It came with protective plastic over the face that peels off and a dummy display on the inside that peels off too.
The only problem is the display model didn't have a seal/gasket and after removing my old seal it was stretched out and didn't fit. I cut the seal to make it shorter but now it is no longer waterproof.
It is possible the seal can be purchased at one of the Polar service centers.
I suggest removing the seal carefully without stretching it.
Good luck.
Turn off sound when heartrate drops
On the screen just prior to work-out mode:
1. Select Settings using the right buttons and the OK button.
2. Select HR Alarm.
3. Select Off.
4. Press the OK button.
5. Press OK again to start exercise.
The same can be done during exercise by hold the OK button down to get to the menu. Very convenient when you use the alarm sometimes and have left it on.
