Is it possible to buy somewhere the Optional "U-Frame Skirt" for a "Jacuzzi CIVA Whirlpool" bath tub? Anyone know where or other suggestions on covering the front?

Home Deport and Lowes each used to carry a generic front skirt for "jacuzzi" type tubs. You may find something at one of their stores that will work. The other solution would be to contact a Jacuzzi Showroom for authorized replacement parts.

I have a jacuzzi whirlpool tub in my home that has started to leak at the three button control panel. Flooded out the bathroom so I cut a hole in the tile surround and when the pump is running it leak

First thing you need to do is remove some skirting so you can actually see where the water is coming from. The 3 position control panel would only leak if the water was above it or covering it if it is located in the wall of the tub. That solution would only require the bather to NOT fill the tub quite so full. IF however the water is coming from another location then that will be noticeable when you are checking for the water leak.

Newly installed jacuzzi only has hot water for about 30 seconds, then water is tepid only.

This issue will have nothing to do with the jacuzzi tub. You will find the problem exists in the way your home was plumbed by the plumber. Somewhere there is a clog in the water line going to the hot water faucet. Find that and you will solve your problem. Rod US Parts Center

We bought an elongated smooth sided Jacuzzi toilet and it is leaking clean water from the back toward the wall

Could be a few issue. First check at the back where the tank sits on the bowl, reach underneath or look with a flashlight if you can to see between the tank and the bow, pay attention to the bolts in particular, if you see any water dripping down the bolts or between the tank and the bowl, the tank to bowl gasket ir bowl gasket bolts are leaking, and need to be replaced. Also look inside the bowl when its flushing, no water should be splashing up over the edge of the tank. Also inspect underneath the fill valve that gasket could also be leaking, or the supply line could be leaking.

Leaking at jet to tub connection

You can fix that with a small amount of "plumber's putty". You have to remove the jet from the tub first, then smear the plumber's putty around the junction where the two meet each other, then reassemble.

I have replaced 3 flappers on one of the toilets. After about 6-8 months it will run for a couple seconds and cut off. it does this often. Since I bought 2 at the same time and the other has not had a

There is a very good chance there was a factory defect. Either the exit hole is misshaped or there may be a small sharp edge that could be eating up the flappers. I would contact the manufacturer telling them about your problem and see if they will replace the tank or just buy a bunch of flappers wholesale and change them when needed. good luck
