Unable to start,the waste bottle need to be replaced
Are you sure the clear section is cleaned. The waste box may have a chip on it that tells the copier I am full, so vacuum iy out will not help. if you see a clear sectoin of plastic that has to be clear or the sensors will read the box as full. Replace the box, recommend always have a spare, so that during a print job if it come up replace the box and keep running. Another could be you are required to clear a counter every time you replace the box as long as the counter is not clear copier thinks the box is full. Xerox 7345 error 008-164 paper is folded with jams and 008/164
That error indicates that the paper was not sensed as passing the pob sensor which is right at the registration rollers. If the paper is folding there, the main cause is the registration clutch not being initialized or slipping. Replace registration clutch, part number: 121K22220

How do I clear fault code 016-311 for workcentre 7345
That error indicates the scanner is not installed. Check the connection from the scanner to the main ess board and reseat if necessary. If cable is damaged, replace with part number 117K38440.

What does error 004-350 mean?
Error is: Failure occurred in IOT Video. It should automatically resolve itself, but if not you will need to reload the software.
How can I adjust margins when printing from my computer?
I never heard of any printer that might adjust margins like that... but if we're talking of hardly 1/8" difference, are you sure the feed guides are set to a firm running fit, please?
Are you sure the printer drivers are the latest version for your OS?
Has this happened from new, or did something change, please?

WHAT IS 007-243 code error
This fault code isn't specific to one location/function on your machine, however, I believe it is directly related to your paper trays. Other fault codes begining with 007-??? state a tray sensor error, misfed media in a tray etc...

If you're trying to print to a specific tray and it won't print giving this error, you may want to try printing using a different tray. It is entirely possible you have some jammed up paper in the paper path and this will stop all trays from printing.

Once you have determined there isn't a paper jam or if so gently remove any misfed paper.Reboot the device PO/PO power off/power on.

If the print jobs fail again, check your job status and see if there is any info listed for your print job, could be a media mismatch.

Try printing to another paper tray, if your job is calling for paper from tray 3 try using tray 4 or tray 5 etc..

A lot of times the machine will provide good direction on potential issues with a print job.

Are you trying to print on a custom paper size?
If you tell the print driver to print to tray 3 and you have 8.5X11 loaded in tray 3 and your print job from ypour PC is actually 8.5X14 then the job will not print simply put the media has to match the job.

If you've modified one of the trays and still encounter the same error, it's worth checking if there are any obstructions in the paper path or if the default paper type and color settings need adjustment.
Remove Jammed Paper From Tray 1:
First, remove any paper from the Bypass Tray.
Grasp both sides of the Bypass Tray and pull it straight out of the printer.
Next, pull out Tray 1 until it stops. To remove the tray, lift the front of it slightly, then pull it out of the printer.
Check for any jammed paper and remove it.
Also, make sure there's no crumpled paper left in the tray or jammed inside the printer.
If you have Tray 2 (optional), check it as well.
Insert Tray 1 back into the printer and push it all the way in.
Fully insert the Bypass Tray as well.
Confirm the paper settings if prompted.
Try your job again.
Power the Printer Off then On:
Press the Power/Wake button on the printer control panel.
Choose "Power Off" to turn off the printer.
Wait for a few seconds, then press the Power/Wake button again to turn it back on.
Retry your print job.
Replace the Paper Feed Roller (if needed):
If the issue persists, consider replacing the paper feed roller. Refer to your printer's documentation for instructions on how to do this.
If the problem continues, contact Xerox support.
