Problem with the charger inside one of your drum cartridges. Inside the cartridge frame there's a charge sawtooth and grid which feeds and discharges voltage to your drum. This is a one-piece unit which gets swapped out from the maintenence kit. HOWEVER, IF your copier is at a high altitude, Sharp just published a bulletin saying you need to upgrade your Main Charge board.

Dirty or broken sensors in the inside back of your machine that detect movement of your mylar transfer belt. A portion of the belt swings up and down for color printing. Or your belt unit may be broken or not installed properly

Hello,If a print job get hung up in the print que it may stop and not be able to be deleted, this will also block other print jobs from printing. Here is a link to an article that shows how to clear the print que and purge the stuck print jobs so printing can resume. Question edited for clarity. Remove the curl out of the paper by running 6" across the edge of a desk against the curl. With scissors, cut the end 1/2" straight. Then cut a 1/2" off both corners at 45 degrees.
