Replace the cyan toner cartridge but more then likely your cyan developer unit is bad or the cyan hopper is not feeding the cyan toner into the cyan developer unit. The hopper is what the toner go into. When you pull the toner out that hatch you see well below it the hopper that is where toner goes before getting into the developer unit.

It is a Business Machine, it has to have the counter connected because service contracts, contractual supplies agreements and warranty work depend on it. Reconnect it and forget about it.
