Konica Minolta Bizhub C360 Color Copier REPLACED BY BIZHUB C364 Questions & Answers
There ia a stripe appearing when I print with bizhub C364. How do you run a clean sheet
First thing to try. Open the front door and use your cleaning wand. This machine either has a cleaning wand located on each drum or the wand is located in tray two under a cover towards the front. Either way when you open the front door there should be a picture diagram on what to do.
Are any of your drum units at the end of life? Press utility/ check consumables. When that meter fills in with black its at the end.
Does it only appear when your are making copies for the Document Feeder? If so, lift the top so that you can see the 2 pieces of glass. There is a small strip on the left with a larger piece on the right. The line is coming from the smaller strip on the left. Clean it, getting all paper dust and what not off of it. I use Windex sprayed directly on the rag and then wiped clean.

Good morning, my Konica Minolta 190f says:please call service 001,what will I do to resolve this
Error code 001 is a generic service call error, and it could be related to various problems within the printer. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Power Cycle: Start by turning off the printer, unplugging it from the power source, and waiting for a few minutes. Then, plug it back in and turn it on again. Sometimes, a simple power cycle can clear temporary glitches.
- Check for Obstructions: Ensure that there are no paper jams or any obstructions inside the printer that may be causing the error. Clear any paper jams carefully if you find any.
- Reset Printer: Look for a reset button or a specific key combination in the printer's manual or documentation. Try resetting the printer to its default settings to see if the error clears.
