Kichen Sink Side Sparyer sticks open
The diverter in the main body of the faucet is sticking. I have included a link to all the kitchen faucets. You will have to determine which one you have but they pretty much use the same housings and guts for each of their single handle faucets. You might have to do a little research on your end so you can find info on how to replace the diverter. It's usually not hard to do.

I have a very old three-handled tub faucet.
the handles themselves are not the problem but if you remove the handles then there are usually nuts behind them to pull out the valve out of the body. most tub faucets use either orings or rubber washers to seal it. without knowing exact brand and model is hard to tell you exactly what you are dealing with. some brands sell the whole valve to just swap out and some you have to go match up the orings or washers.

Several jet vents have hardly any flow coming out
These tubs often have an adjutment on them that control how hard the jet blows. You may have to adjust them. There isn't anything that can get into the lines that will clog them so I can't think of anything else it could be.

Flame wont stay on and have replaced the flame sensor
You have a limit switch that is tripping. I bet it is the flame roll out switch that is very close to the burners. You can bypass this switch to check if it is the one causing the problem by removing the two wires going to it and installing a small jumper wire between them. If the unit starts up, then that's the problem and if not, check all of them. But that's pretty much the only thing it can be. But, you need to double check that the unit is being told to come on and not cutting out intermittently. I doubt it though!

Not heating all levels of house
If it's a zoned system, make sure that the damper has opened fully or is operating at all. If it's not, see if some ductwork is being pinched off or has come loose or torn loose by critters. You also want to check the filters as well.

Air switch randomly comes on by itself and I have to leave the breaker off
This could be caused by a faulty relay or switch in the control panel. It is best to have a qualified technician inspect the control panel and replace any faulty components. If the issue persists after replacing the faulty components, then it could be a wiring issue and a qualified electrician should be consulted.
