Take the pan out of the machine and see if you can turn the paddle by hand. If no then the paddle is stuck. If it turns freely then the drive belt in the machine fell off or is broken.

I assume you mean the bread pan is leaking. Try breadmachinepartsfinder.com and order a new pan assembly. That is my best advice for a leaking pan.

Unless you are using the timer you can reverse the order of ingredients adding the liquid last. The flour then rather effectively blocks the area where your pan is leaking. You can do this in the meantime while you search for what is called a "pan assembly" There are several sources on the internet for bread machine parts. Just google bread machine parts and some should pop up. I am a fiction author and published on Amazon.
