Each of the 3 chrono hands are reset separately. Unscrew the crown and pull it all the way out (2 stops out). Press button A (top right) as many times as necessary until the hand is on the 30. Each press moves the hand one tick so you may need to press it several times.

Next push in the crown one click.
Press button B (bottom right) as many times as necessary to advance the 60 second hand to 12'oclock.
Press button A to advance the 1/10th hand to 0.

The part I did not get at first is the fact that you need to press the A and B buttons several times to advance each hand 1 tick at a time until they are all pointing to 12'oclock.

The instructions that you will find on their web site do not mention the button you describe.

Re-setting the hands is done by pressing the button B (4 o'clock). The instructions are a little ambiguous, so if this fails, then press button A to start and A again to Stop. Then try button B to re-set.

You appear to have the wrong instructions. A new set can be downloaded by going to their web site (www.raymond-weil.com), put your cursor over "customer care" and a drop down menu will appear. Select "instructions for use" and an index of watch types will be displayed. Download the one for your watch.

Take it to a Tissot dealer, it will not run for very long before the battery dies.

i'm not sure the references of your watch are correct, but if it is a Quarz movement such as the RAYMOND WEIL Tango Ladies Watch or RAYMOND WEIL Tango Mens Watch you will find the instruction manual about setting and operating the alarm on the Instructions for use page of the official website : Watch Instructions page ( direct link to Watch instructions in pdf ).

I definetely do know, but can not do that over the internet, as your watch needs to be opened and overhauled. Keyless mechanism in your watch must be cleaned and oiled for smooth and easy operation.
You have to find your nearest watch repair shop and ask to do that.

Mechanical are more expensive to own, but they are more easily to sell and make more money as they are ageing.
Quartz watches are more precise, but they do not keep the value over the time.
