You can do a search on watch repair and learn how to do this yourself and buy the proper tools - however, taking the Rolex to a good watch repair service center or timepiece seller is the better bet. There are alignment indents on the movement and the watch face that can become misaligned. Maybe have the watched fully serviced, it will come back ready for another 10 years of life.
