If there are four outputs then hooking up one set won't hurt a thing. Make sure they are not a pair of input and a pair of outputs.

your inverter needs to cool at all times , if the fan does not work,try buying a small standing fan to blow cool air to you machine, it is possible that your heater is making the inverter to over heat please avoid using the heater on the inverter

Inverters use high power transistors to create an A/C voltage from a D/C input. These transistors are the common point of failure when the units are not cooled properly or used beyond their rated capacity. (Actually, you should always buy an inverter that’s rating for continuous use is well below what your actual need is). What’s most likely happened is that these have shorted out and need to be replaced. Unfortunately, replacement parts alone will likely cost nearly what a new unit costs.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news; but you basically have a nice paperweight with some pretty lights and fans on it.

Have you looked at the fuses within? I have two in the one I am trying to fix!!

Fuse is there, but more damage is suspected. Transistors damage easily and capacitors will short when subjected to reverse polarity.

If the unit doesn't have an external fuse and it doesn't reset itself after an overload, it possibly has an internal (onboard) fuse that needs replaced. Possibly de-soldered and re-soldered...

Without a schematic diagram, and troubleshooting procedures, it is very very hard to service such a piece of equipment such as this. I get a few of these over a year and invariably, it is the Output Devices, that fail, and along with this usually the CPU,or "Brain" gets "Fried" as well.
You have to treat this in two parts, the Input and the Output, the only way to repair is to isolate these two sections, then troubleshoot and repair the Input section, FIRST, once this is all going correctly, then, the Output section, is attended to if applicable, often it is an "Overload" on the Output side that causes a failure on the Input side, so many many times we have two "Faults" that need to be attended to, if only one is repaired the unit will soon fail again.
One simply MUST obtain a service manual, to be able to have any chance at a repair. The best way to do this is to contact the manufacturer, and ask for one. Then you will have a schematic diagram, to work from.

Had a seller on E-Bay respond with a Vector service # where I found a local dealer through and ordered the part.
