I have a Samsung UN55NU7300FXZA ?
Hi Juan, any Samsung model with the 2nd set of letters of NU has panel issues. You're on the right path when you isolated some of the ribbon connectors, generally only one pin is causing the issue, you have pins 9 to 12 isolated if I understand right, try isolating one pin at a time and see if you get a somewhat normal picture, naturally it's not going to be 100% as you have some dead pixels doing this. If this doesn't get rid of the line there is only one other way to fix it, you will need a thermal camera for this however, it's one of the COF IC's that are shorted, there should be 4 or 5 flat cables on each panel board, with the set running with the pins on the main board ribbon cable in place measure the heat of the IC's, one will be higher than the rest, that's the bad one, you can remove it and the set will work again without a noticeable issue, be sure to use a sharp blade when removing the IC or you will short the pins.

I have a Samsung 65" Flat screen tv sound works buy screen is black.
Hi Randy, unhook the connector going from the power to main board, plug the TV in and you should see backlights if they're working, this is a nice feature Samsung sets have. If no backlights replace the LED strips, if you get backlights there will be more to troubleshoot to find the issue, however I don't think you will see light

Samsung screen model UE65RU8000XSQ - VER FA01 / RU8000
Hi Dan, there is an IC that process HDMI signal that's located on the main board, it's a cheap part but unless you have advanced soldering skills and the equipment to change it you will destroy the board trying, in most cases a replacement main board is the way to go.

How can I Fix my Samsung TV, model number: UN55TU8200F?
Hi Jason, unhook the connector going from the p/s to main board, plug the set in and see if you get backlights, if you do replace the main board, if you don't get backlights test the 13 volt supply, if it's good replace the main if it's missing, low or fluctuating replace the power supply, this is a very easy set to diagnose.

Samsung SHS 1320 Door Lock - reset button
Have you tested the reset switch for continuity?? That would be the perfect place to start. If it's open, replace the switch, if you have continuity it's a board issue

Samsung TV is going black and then coming back on. Is this a borad issue
Hello! Based on the issue you described with your Samsung UN65JU6500DFXZA TV, there could be a few potential causes for the intermittent black screen and loss of sound. It's difficult to pinpoint the exact faulty board without further diagnostic testing, but I can provide you with some information that might help.
In Samsung TVs, the most common cause of intermittent black screen issues is often related to the T-Con (timing control) board or the main board. The T-Con board controls the timing and signals that drive the pixels on the screen, while the main board manages the overall functionality of the TV.
Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
1. Check your connections: Ensure that all cables, including HDMI and audio cables, are securely connected to the TV and external devices. Sometimes loose or faulty connections can cause intermittent issues.
2. Test different input sources: Connect various devices (e.g., DVD player, game console) to different HDMI ports on your TV and see if the issue occurs with all of them. This can help determine if the problem is specific to a particular input or the TV itself.
3. Perform a power cycle: Turn off your TV, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, and then plug it back in. Power cycling can sometimes resolve temporary glitches in the TV's system.
4. Factory reset: If the problem persists, you can try performing a factory reset on your TV. This will restore the TV's settings to their default state. Note that a factory reset will erase any personalized settings or saved preferences, so make sure to take note of your settings before proceeding.
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's recommended to contact Samsung support or a professional technician for further assistance. They will have the expertise to diagnose and repair the specific problem with your TV.
Please keep in mind that without a proper diagnosis, it's difficult to determine the exact board that needs to be replaced. It's always best to consult with a professional technician who can examine your TV and provide an accurate solution.
I hope this information helps, and good luck with resolving the issue with your Samsung TV!

Samsung remote and Amazon Firestick
t's possible that the 5-year-old accidentally changed the input source on the Samsung TV, which is why you can't get the Fire Stick to work. Here are the steps you can follow to switch the input source back to the HDMI port where your Fire Stick is connected:
- Turn on your Samsung TV and your Amazon Fire Stick.
- Using your Samsung remote, press the "Input" button.
- A list of input sources should appear on your screen. Use the arrow keys on your remote to select the HDMI port where your Fire Stick is connected. The HDMI port may be labeled as "HDMI 1," "HDMI 2," or something similar.
- Press the "Enter" or "OK" button on your remote to select the HDMI input source.
- Your TV should now switch to the HDMI input where your Fire Stick is connected, and you should see the Fire Stick's home screen on your TV.
If you're still having trouble, try unplugging the Fire Stick and plugging it back in to make sure it's properly connected. Also, make sure the TV and Fire Stick are both updated to their latest software versions.
