Hi yes it is the oxygen sensor but I cannot find where it is . looked on the rheem site . There is no picture of what it looks like.

There is an adjustment knob to control how hot the water can become. There might be a problem at the tap (however, if this is the case, you would still get hot water everywhere in the house). If the entire house isn't getting hot water, and the knob is set at the hottest water, you probably need to get the hot water tank replaced.

Rheem water heaters should not be converted from propane to natural gas. The burners have been optimized for the rated gas and will not work as well after conversion. (Unlike ranges where the gas/air flow ratios can be adjusted when the burner orifices and regulator are swapped, the water heater doesn't have that option.) I wish I had better news for you. I recommend you get a new water heater for the LNG service; it will be safer and more efficient. Cindy Wells

there is no pilot- it is lit with a ignitor. If you have problems the unit needs a service cleaning of the flame sensor rods.

The installation is according to your local code. They will tell you what outlets and where to have them- what water piping and what gas requirements. You will need a flush valve set( always extra) Your city inspectors will lso control placement and venting requirementrs. This is not a plug and play install although it is straightforeward. You must meet the minimum water pressure and volume as well as the proper gas delivery requirements- even a drain.. Best on this point to hire QUALIFIED INSTALLER.

It can be. I have a 7.4 GPM for my whole house, and it is way more than I need. It will handle 3 simultaneous uses no problem. Check with a dealer or literature on those units available in your area. They should give you some guidance.
