POWER OFF TO UNIT PULL PAPER OUT OF UNIT INCLUDING SUPPLY PAPER. TURN POWER BACK ON & FEED THE SUPPLY PAPER BACK INTO UNIT CAREFULLY & GENTLY.

1. Click and select. (Settings) > Devices > Printers & scanners.
2. Select your product and click Manage.
3. Click Printer properties.
4. Select the Ports tab.
5. Select the Enable bidirectional support checkbox and click OK.
