NEED DIRECTIONS FOR RESETTING TIME
I have this watch, its actually a Sportline S7 and i couldn't find it on the website. The closest instructions I could find were for for the Solo Series 915 mens watch on the sportline.com website. Just click on the link and then on the right side click on the manual tab. There is a PDF manual there for download.

Hi George.
Please remove the button cell battery from the pedometer, wait one or two minutes, then put the battery back in place. This is a power reset and sometimes it can fix the problem.
If that does not work, contact Sportline. They will replace the pedometer under the one-year manufacturer warranty.
If the purchase was made
at any other online retailer or local shop, please call
866-694-4575.
If the pedometer was purchased directly from
Sportline website, please call 888-901-3646.
Here contact page with online form

I checked the Sportline website (www.sportline.com), but I did not find any info if they're selling a replacement band for your heart rate monitor. It would be better to contact their customer service for inquiry through 888-901-364.
Thank you and good luck!

Setting time-date alarm etc
Go to the web site (www.sportline.com/products.php) and search the watches that they offer.
When you find your model, click on "learn more" and then on "manual" and you will be able to download the manual for your watch.
