There is an accessory wire that is not powered up with the remote starter. I bet your radio works though.

To program additonal remote; open door, turn ignition on. Press and release valet button one time then, press and hold valet button. While holding valet button, press lock button on new remote. Turn ignition off. Test system.

The Viper alarm (and most other alarms) are designed to be connected to the parking lights.The headlights are not meant to be flashed continuously, as when the alarm is triggered. If you want the headlights to activate with the alarm then, the parking light wire from the Viper needs to be connected to the headlight wire instead. NOT RECOMMENDED. Although the Viper alarm may or may not have a horn output (you didn't mention the model) ,it can be connected and it can be programmed to sound either when the alarm is triggered or all the time(depending on the model).By the way, the Driving while Running Lights are seperate from the Sentry Illumination Lights. The Sentry Illumination Lights are designed to illuminate the area in front and around of the vehicle before and after entry. They can be programmed for the time that they will illuminated before and after entry.
